Shipping

Within the U. S., all items are shipped by USPS or UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Canada orders are shipped via UPS ground. Foreign orders will be shipped via Global Priority Mail. Please allow 10 days shipping time (US orders) or 3 weeks shipping time outside of the United States.

Customers may request expedited shipping (for an additional charge) at checkout. Options vary by country and shipping method.

Returns

Because products have been especially ordered for you, all sales are final. Of course items that are either defective or sent in error may be returned. To return an item, please call or email our Customer Service Department with your order number and request to return an item (be sure to include the reason for the return if emailing). We will issue a RA number and instructions to return. All returned items must have a RA number clearly placed on the outside of the package.
